I first found TidyMAX on a magnet attached to a refrigerator at work. Being in the military, I knew that the companies chosen would provide decent work at a low price. I called the number listed on the magnet and was blown away by the price given. First of all, the gentleman who fielded the phone call was very polite and gave the time to answer my questions. Secondly, up until this phone call I had used Stanley Steemer for my carpet cleaning needs; however, after TidyMAX cleaned our carpet, and for the price, I will not be using Stanley Steemer. The services we requested were both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and when the work was being completed, the owner of TidyMAX was on site performing the cleaning making sure that my needs were being met. He even took the time to listen while walking around the house as I pointed out the trouble spots. And, as an added bonus, TidyMAX managed to remove a make-up spot in my daughter's room; a
stain Stanley Steemer said was permanent. Overall, I found that TidyMAX was well worth the price in both customer service and in professional cleaning; so much so, I already have them calling in six months to reschedule another cleaning.
